Delivery on time, very courteous, beautiful arrangement...they even took the pistils out of the lilies.  I will be using them again.

Had questions about lavenders and the guy didn't have any answers and refused to call and find out for me and I even offered to call back tomorrow.  he said he was to busy and we should call in a month or so... I'm getting married in a month so there is no time to waste.

Ordered bouquet of roses for my wife, and she loved them!  Great customer service, timely delivery.  Will use their service again!

The Friday before Mother's Day I placed my first and last order with Rainbow Floral & Gifts.  I chose them specifically because they are a Teleflora florist, and there was an arrangement pictured that was stunning.  The flowers delivered on Friday were brown and wilting by Sunday morning.  I saw it in person and it was very disappointing.  

Although Rainbow Floral & Gift did bring a replacement on Monday, it was smaller and lower quality than the original order and the delivery person (turns out he was the owner) was rude to my mom.  The replacements were wilting in less than 48 hours.  When I called to discuss it with him he was very offensive to me and blamed the problem on my mom's house being too warm.  He told me several times that they re-cut the rejected flowers and put them in water at the shop and "they came back."  He said that he now refuses to deliver to my family, and he doesn't care what we think about that because every one of his other customers is satisfied.  Really?  He refused another replacement or any type of refund and said he just doesn't care what I think about any of it.  He said "I don't care" at least 6 times in our phone conversations.  I called twice because he hung up on me the first time.

I wish I'd ordered from Floral Ingenuity instead.  Their service and flowers in the past were perfect - they just didn't have the Teleflora arrangement I had in mind.
