1.only has 2 fitting rooms which you have to wait a long time to be able to use 2 the store is very crowded 3 it's crazy how long you have to wait to get attended 4 a long time to wait in line to pay at the register 5 when you actually get someone to help you they have a nasty attitude towards

bad store all together as well as company I purchases these jeans short on 6/27/2016 went to wear them on 7/8/16 . I then went and realize that I had the wrong size and that he jeans was to small. So on 7/13/2016 i went to do an exchange for the same jeans to get a bigger size. I had the the originals tags as well as my receipt and they failed to process the exchange only b/c the tags wasn't attached to the clothing. I was furious the only thing i wanted was the correct size shorts so on that note I will not be shopping at Rainbows any more and to think i was a loyal customer to them shopped der for both me and my kids but not anymore I will take my business else well.

I went here on the 24th of Feb stood in line just to be told they were out of money and unless it was debit she didn't no what to tell me smh why not announce that while you had a line almost out the door will NEVER GO BK AGAIN AND THERE RUDE 😡👎

Went to this particular store at Eastland mall with my wife 11/22/2015 and one of the female employees kept following my wife like she's trying to steal something. The employee had this mean look on her face like was irritated about my wife going through the racks looking for stuff she likes because she kept fixing the racks as soon my wife gets done with a particular rack. My wife found a bunch of clothes she like and she headed to the fitting rooms to try them. They only allowed three items at a time so she was told by another employee to put the rest on a rack next to the fitting rooms so she can grab them after trying the first three on. Wife tries the first three on comes out to grab three more but the stuff she had put on the racks disappeared. Evidently the mean employee took them and put them all back without asking anyone if she could. My wife spent half an hour in there looking for stuff she likes gone to waste because of a stupid employee. My wife was so mad she just put her clothes back on and we just walked away without spending a dime at the store and never going back in there ever again. The moral of the story is employ customer friendly people not a mean looking hood rat who will drive customers away.

Huge store. Very clean and neat. I had to stand at the register for a while before someone came to help me.
