A few weeks ago, my Elmhurst home had a pretty bad water leak that came from the upstairs’ bathroom and got all the way to the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Not only did it leave big water marks all over the place, but mold started growing from all the humidity that was building up. I searched for companies online and Rainbow was the first one to answer, they came in right way to inspect my house and made sure to start the restoration process ASAP. They had technicians set up their equipment and do readings in all affected rooms and what surprised me was the quickness and efficiency in which they left both my kitchen and bathroom fixed, as well as the bedroom! It all got restored within the same day and I didn’t have to worry anymore about mold growing inside, such a life saver, thank you.
We came home from vacation to find the bedroom of our condo severely damaged from a leak in the roof. Water had come in from a leak in the roof and affected the walls and our hardwood floors. Rainbow removed and replaced the damaged flooring and drywall and did so in excellent fashion! The Rainbow team made this nightmare manageable and we were happy with how the room turned out after completion.
I'm not a review writer kinda guy but need to give a big shoutout to rainbow maspeth for their incredible work rebuilding my basement. after a steam valve on my radiator burst, my entire house got flooded. they went over each section of the house with me, meticulously taking notes on how things were before and how best to restore it. the end result ended up even better than i imagined.
Speedy and responsive, after heavy rains caused 2 feet of water to rush into my basement, rainbow maspeth arrived in less than 90 minutes and started pumping water out. within 4 hours of me calling, my basement was fully pumped with dehumidifiers and fans set up.
During a home renovation job, i had to put a few holes in the walls to reinforce the studs when i noticed old plaster board behind some sections of the drywall. i immediately had suspicions abt asbestos so i called rainbow to help me test. not only was it asbestos, but it was far more than i had originally anticipated. they helped me remove the sections of the asbestos drywall and brought in air scrubbers to make sure we wouldnt breathe in any carcinogens.
I called Rainbow to help with a flooding in my basement. They came the same day and was able to diagnose and begin work immediately. The guys were professional and extremely courteous of my personal property throughout the entire job. Would use these guys again if needed
Called them to do work on my house which was flooded. The work done was phenomenal and their communication skills were superb. I was always in the loop and well informed, very professional. I will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!
On september 3rd, my neighbors home caught on fire and as a result, one entire side of my house burnt to a crisp. allstate recommended rainbow to us. it was extremely reassuring to know the team working on your home are experienced pros.
