I've used this company twice in the last 15 years and been pleased. But this time, something has changed. Perhaps it was the crew that was sent. Surfaces were not covered well, leaving me to scrape up many paint splotches on floor and woodwork. Walls were not prepared at all. Any bumps that were there, were just painted over. I had to re-do them. Finally, the walls were supposed to receive 2 coats and some only received one. I know this because of the amount of paint leftover as well as sections that received no paint at all. You should not have to take out the paint can and go over areas that you've paid to have done. I did explain this to the owner. No apology or offer to come back and finish the job. I'm really sorry to say that I'd never use this service again.
