So I walk in to this store to see if I can get some shorts. The store is well kept, unfortunately the staff there is very inappropriate saw me come in with kids and was still cursing and talking loud. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept shopping she continued to talk very inappropriate, very loudly, the staff there as others said is very ghetto and unprofessional. My daughter had pick out a lot of outfits as so did I but I put all merchandise back. I suggest that management consider changing the staff because they will loose customers like me.

Stank attitudes, only care about 'policy' when it benefits them. I asked a cashier if their return policy was 7 days she said yes, saw I was buying jewelry, didn't think it was important to tell me that didn't apply to jewelry. It doesn't say anything on their receipt so how am I supposed to know? Then had a cashier blame me for a mark on a return saying the other cashier( who, like all rainbow cashiers was talking to another employee while checking me out) wouldn't have sold it like that. Um...have you SEEN the condition of the stuff on your racks? I've seen loose threads, torn clothes, broken chains, etc. As if the cashiers care about the condition of what they sell until it comes to a return. Rainbow has to be one of the most ghetto stores ever. The clothes are nice and well priced, but I'd rather pay twice the price for better customer service and less nasty attitudes.
