I was at the checkout line buying a necklace. Now I know they are the cheapest of the cheap but the cashier girl dropped my necklace and was actually pissed she had to pick it up. I will never go back here to buy anything.

Horrible experience never going back, today is November 14 2016 I was entering the store and an employe that was at the door did not let me enter the store she just ask me for my bag. How am I going to give you my bag? It was not a bookbag it was a purse. Thank you for you're lack of judgment when hiring employees. That shows how good you're manager and assistant manager are doing their job. You need to educate about what customer service is. Never in my life recommend this store.

Terrible, Terrible management. This specific location in the Walmart Plaza on Flatbush in Hartford is terrible. When I went in, not only was the selection lacking for such a large store but the store associates were not helpful or welcoming. When I entered, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help for the entire 30-45 minutes I was there. The entire store was almost empty with about 2 or 3 other customers. There was also a rude woman who wheeled a little wagon or cart (I couldn't see) around and NEVER said excuse me when she got in people's way or shoved by them. It was obnoxious. The fitting room was also a mess. It was dirty and looked like an under construction nightmare and not some place anyone should be changing clothes.
