Called them and asked if they had a specific shirt. They told me that they didn't know and that I am welcomed to come look for my self. Why would I drive miles to go look for a shirt that might not even be there. Bad customer service.

I recently reintroduced myself to this store...back when it was my go to....now I find myself popping in one each time I am either out of town or want that urban flare...still a great steal and the materials have improved!

They have nice clothes for good price but that whole great experience goes out the door when the rude, ghetto, maybe racists, and unprofessional associates kill the experience . They have no customer service experience what so ever. They aren't welcoming , only to their race, it seems like. You ask them for a shoe size or fitting room and it pisses them off and they roll their eyes. Every single time I go I've never failed to have a negative experience .

Nice clothes, but absolutely horrible customer service!! They are so rude and ghetto, it's ridiculous! They didn't acknowledge me for about 3 minutes while I was standing at the register although there were 3-4 workers! And 2 were eating snacks and one even used the "n" word.... they are so unprofessional! It makes me not want to shop there! They need new employees and training!
