My experience with rainbow travel agency started off a little shaky but Gigi made it right. It wasn't because of anything she did. Just miscommunication from a third party  that I used. Gigi is a fine lady and she help me plan a trip a year in advance and now I'm about to go on one of the vacation of my dream. Everything worked out fine. I am glad people leave reviews and it shows a lot about a person that does not respond to negative reviews with a suggestion or solution to the problem the customer is having. I will definitely stay away from this Gigi.

Thanks Gigi! Rainbow Travel Agency is the best! I'm so glad I made my travel plans with Gigi. I was so stressed about our family trip and it took the stress away completely. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The overall experience with Rainbow Travel Agency was very professional, timely, and pleasant.  We traveled over seas in December 2011 and our travel plans were perfect!  Because of our experience they will have our business again!  I recommend this travel agency!  We are a company that has worked with others in our travels, and this particular company gets five stars.
