The Rainforest Cafe is my favorite restaurant. There is nothing quite like the atmosphere and hearing all the animals and being surrounded by all the crazy plants. Not to mention the great service and the amazing food. I got the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer and the anaconda pasta for main, both were incredible and I highly recommend both dishes. I hope to be back here again soon. There are a few suggestions I would like to make to the Rainforest Cafe team: We went there for dinner on Sunday in which they close at 6pm, which is certainly on the early side. I wish they were open until 7 or 8pm especially considering they are open until 9 on all other days of the week and other Rainforest Cafes are open later on Sunday as well. This makes it inconvenient to eat here on a Sunday evening. I also wish they had more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, as most people in my party of 7 were vegetarian. Vegetarian options are limited to what I had, plus the flatbread pizza, Rainforest burger with plant based meat, and a few other options. I wish they had perhaps avocado tacos, a grilled cheese they have one on the kids menu but I think it would be nice to have a different version on the adult menu, or perhaps a tofu dish. The Rainforest Cafe has fewer vegetarian and vegan options than most other restaurants so I hope that this is a change they will make going forward. In all a fantastic restaurant but I hope they will consider these changes!
This is the most amazing restaurant i ever visiting! The whole place is decked out like a reason forest complete with fish tanks with live fish, animatronic animals that make noise and periodic "thunderstorms" that agitate the animals and cause them to become even more lively. The food is great. The drinks are on point. You really need to see this too belive it!! Definitely recommended!
Very nice atmosphere! Food was on the pricey side, but very much worth its value! The steak was cooked medium rare and the potatoes were very fluffy. Overall, the presentation could've been a bit better, but I won't complain. Very rich brownies and ice cream for the Volcano. I had to take the rest home. Thank you Rainforest Cafe for a lovely meal, will be returning again.
Upon arrival a friend and I tried to get the attention of someone who works there by saying "excuse me" the workers who stood talking to one another turned their heads to look at us & look away. We were told our party was rather large and to come back at a reserved time. Upon arrival of the said time, we were informed that our table was given to someone else with same party size. However, attempts were made to seat us promptly. After being seated, it took well over 30 minutes to be greeted and / or asked for beverages.& no it wasn't busy, it was a weekday 7.27 see video We decided to leave after being ignored, and as we were leaving, our server made contact with us, we let her know our decision, and her response was "okay, great"! I've seen the reviews for this location, and the customer service is non-existent. Previous experiences of others shed light on unjust treatment of different cultures. I am starting to think my experience here also reflects prejudice. For a chain to see these reviews and not take corrective actions leads me to believe they stand behind that type of treatment and prejudices. I won't spend a dime at any of their locations. It's a pretty place it's unfortunate the children we were with never got to enjoy the time and birthday experience.
What's my first time in a rainforest Cafe. Drinks was great, but one of their offers was to take the glass that the drink came in we ordered a Panama punch and after we finish and back home would discovered the glasses they gave us for beer not for margarita/rum. We were so disappointed. Other than that, service was great food was tasty.
The hostess refused to let us in because we don’t have reservation. When I asked to her to make one she said we are booked for tonight. I walked away 2 steps away from her and made reservation online and waited for 15 min for my reservation. Then I walked in and there were 18 table empty. I was with my 2 kids they got their food and finish and I got my food like 40 min after them. The waitress was lovely and nice her name Gabby. But I really didn’t like the hostess specially when the other one let 2 people in without reservation. I think she’s not supposed to be in charge to let people in.
food was delectable!!! service lady was very nice and she SERVED!!! exploding fire cake EXPLODED!! exploded my wallet!!!!!! atmosphere was too scary the animals yelled at me. 5 starsFood: 4/5
A must visit overall. Really nice forest themed ambiance. Food is delicious. Bombay shrimp dish was one of the best entries. Surprisingly the nuggets in kids menu were super tasty.Food: 5/5
It’s for the kids and they know it. Subpar food, coneys and diner tastes better. We ordered the taco salad and it was tortilla chips with ground beef. Horrible! Apps were ok.. but again for what you pay.. you pay for the atmosphere.Food: 3/5
We waited 55 minutes for our order for 2 people. After 55 minutes, our food was delivered to the wrong customers seating 2 tables from us. The food was 5 minutes later brought to us, no apologies, the manager saw everything and never apologize either. The food came cold and not fit to eat. The steak was hard, the ribs were full of fat, the chicken in the salad was cold and dried. I told the waiter about it, and she said that she will communicate it to the manager, who never came again to our table to speak to us. What a bad, expensive, goodbye Reinforest cafe!
