Ordered long fin rosy barbs, received the package and fish via fedex in excellent condition. Was feeling iffy seeing the other reviews, but Tom was available on the phone 4/5 times I called or returned voice mails.  Tom also picked out female only specimens on request as most local shops were selling only males in my area.  The fish are 30% smaller than I thought they would be based on the pictures, but Tom had indicated this. My males have to wait for few months for the ladies to grow out I guess.  I also asked him directly about the bad reviews; he indicated the happy folks don’t leave reviews and some of the issues faced in the past are resolved in recent times.  I am happy with my purchases and the business is legit; do contact over phone for actual available stocks /color /size before ordering would be my tip.

Total rip off.  I ordered 4 oscar fish from the guy named Tom.  I took several months of calling to get him to ship........I finally received 3 oscars . 2 of them where dead.  Called him back and he has been delaying and blaming the weather and shipping company.  So after 4 months of waiting I've just cut my losses and will never order from them again.   This company is a total scam. And the owner Tom is a compulsive lier.

Rainforest Farms International is scam website. They sent died fish and no refund. The owner so rude, no good business. Unhealthy and poor quality fish. Do not order fish at Rainforest Farms International website.

Total scam! I live two hours from this guy and he would come up with any excuse to not ship me my order! Took awhile to get my refund back as well. How I knew this was a scam was every excuse tom made also meant he was neglecting his fish. So either way I’d get a sick one or none at all. Go to Aqua imports! They got my order to me fast and perfect!  Update: Tom here made it onto judge Judy for how sketchy he is and sending out dead fish!!!

Was hesitant upon reviews to order, but im glad I did...2 healthy and happy fish were delivered as it was promised! Will be ordering again!

Ordered fish from them and selected the date to be delivered. I took a vacation day for the delivery day. They call the afternoon the fish are suppose to arrive and asked what day would be good to deliver them. I replied today would be since I took off work to receive the fish. Told them I just wanted a refund cause I could not take another day off for it. He agreed to refund the money but did not refund anything until I threatened to open a dispute with PayPal. I received a refund except it was short 5.46. I am not going to fight over the 5.00 its just a lesson learned.

Scammers. Want $250 "refundable deposit" to send fish with electronic box? Best companies send fish in mail with styro box and newspaper, never had a dead fish.  Do not seems these people money. And they went out of their way to contact my partner on his birthday,  dragged him along all day to choose a free fish,  then ask for a crazy amount of money.

I dont understand how people can leave bad reviews. I ordered 10 yellow tail congo tetras and they all arribed healthy and gorgeous. The owner called me couple of times that my order is ok and whatever question i had i got the answer. Ill order more fish from him....dont believe in bad reviews at all!

This place isn't even BBB accredited. DO NOT order from here. You might get your stuff but if something goes wrong then good luck getting your $$$ back. There are definitely better online retailer. Make sure that they're BBB accredited. 0 stars forreal. I didn't have a choice giving them 1 star

Bad place to order. Horrible customer service. Will lie to you every step of the way. Nothing but a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. YOU WILL NEED TO GO THROUGH THE BANK TO GET ANY COMPENSATION BACK. TOM IS A LIER AND WILL SAY ANYTHING FOR YOU TO BELIEVE HIM. Ordered a 6 inch fire eel in November of 2021. Here we are February 1st 2022. My claim from the bank went through and I got my money back.
