Stunning work, thoughtful creations. Wonderful service, reasonable prices. Provided my price range and general color palette (rustic red) and the lady whipped together a beautiful bouquet with brilliant autumnal colors in 5 minutes. Could not be happier with results and my hostess loved the arrangement. Tiny shop, magic happens here!

I love this florist. Pricey, yes, but so very good. Flowers are a special occasion treat and on these occasions I'm willing to splurge. The staff are experts, work with you even if you have a small order (thank you!), and are super fast. Beautiful quality arrangements, and worth the price.Many thanks from a happy customer for making special occasions more special.

My daughter lives in California and was graduating from college and it was a last minute thing where I couldn't make it so her stepmother and I decided to send some flowers. We had used Raintree flowers before a few years ago with no problems, but after reading the reviews I was skeptical.

I knew that my daughter had a busy day lined up so I had to either get the flowers to her early or it would have to wait until the next day and that was out of the question.

I was at work, but I called the store to see how soon flowers could be delivered and the lady that I spoke to (Rosa) told me that she wasn't sure if delivery would be possible because the delivery driver had not come in to work.

In an act of desperation I asked Rosa how soon she could have the flowers prepared because I was able to have them picked up and then I had my wife finish working with Rosa to get the flowers done by our deadline.

I don't know how Rosa did it, but she took good care of us. The flowers were arranged beautifully and done on time!

Thanks Rosa! You have a loyal customer in Illinois!

I ordered flowers through the website for a friend who lives approx 1 mile from this store. The order was accepted & I received a confirmation. However the next day I got a phone call to tell me that the minimum order was $45 (mine was $22.99 & nowhere on the website was a minimum order amount posted) and the delivery fee $10 (the website said $6). When I called to let the business owner know that their own website did not specify a minimum order & they advertised the delivery at $6, the response I got was things have changed & that is what it is, I suggested an update to the website to which I was told "I don't care, I am too busy, I called & let you know & that is that". I am very shocked that anyone in the current climate can not care about their business. This place certainly will not be getting any business of mine & I hope not any of yours either.
