This was my first time eating Raising Cane’s so I wanted to know what all of the excitement was about. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a lemonade - drive through. There was a long line of cars although it went at a pretty good speed. Faster than Culver’s The pricing was less than McDonalds but the food is so much better tasting. I don’t like to eat fried food that often but I would come back here and eat again. Very friendly staff. They got the order accurate. Parking: It’s a stand alone location next to a Target store. Plenty of parking.
Took my daughter there and she got the fingers basket, added extra slaw. And when we got home the Texas toast was NOT there. And the chicken sandwich meals fries were ICE cold. They were good enough to replace the receipt, But then when I got the food home, the fries AGAIN WERE ICE COLD. AND THIS TIME they forgot the extra slaw... so 2 times I tried them and 2 TIMES THEY SCREWED UP...
Ordered Caniac combo with no slaw, extra fries and 2 extra canes sauce. Got 6 chicken pieces, no fries, no toast, and 2 coleslaw. And then to slap me in the face, 2 ketchup cups, with NO FRIES. just sad they can mess an order up this bad. Big yikesFood: 1/5
14 March 2024, 10:00pm went through drive through. Girl at register tried to hold my card and let me drive off without it. Had to remind her to give it back and her attitude about it didn’t leave me feeling right.. decided to check my order after pulling off since now I feel like I can’t trust them and find I have missing items. Turn around and go back but doors are locked since only drive through is open now. Drive through line is longer than when I went through the first time and I really don’t want to wait again for something I should already have. I knock on the window and get an employees attention. He keeps telling me to go through drive through and that he can’t help at all even though the missing item is right there in the store. I end up leaving with my incomplete order. I will never eat here or bring my family here again.
They've increased their prices again, and have reduced the amount of fries they give. Always check that your order is correct before you leave the drive through window, otherwise you'll have to get back into a very long and inefficiently managed line in order to get everything you paid for. Their sodas all taste of mold. It's very obvious they're not cleaning their soda dispensers. There's a lot of inconsistency with the food at this particular location, which is alarming, because they basically just sell chicken, fries, Texas toast, and cole slaw. Sometimes you luck out and it tastes great. Other times you're left wishing you'd gone across the street to the Chic Fil A.
Great chicken, toast and fries. Our only downside with this location in Sept of 2021 was huge lines at the drive through. Their indoor dining and take out was unavailable at that time, so the only option was to use the drive through. The line wrapped around the entire building and back into a second lane. It took about twenty five minutes to get food which was fast considering how long of a line the employees were dealing with. We’ll definitely be back but hopefully the indoor dining will be available.
The last 5 times I've been here it's take about 20 minutes to get my food. Each time there's been 3 people or less in front of me. Buying chicken tenders from Target and cooking them yourself would be faster.Food: 3/5
People there are overworked and orders take forever to get. It's insane there isn't a quicker system. It took me 3 days to even get an order bc I work and go straight over and 10 minutes before they close I get the automated "in sorry we are now closed" deal. I personally do not think their chicken is worth the wait times 30+ minutes in drive thru or idk what it is about the sauce everybody loves so much, I think it's really plain, but that's me and obviously there's a huge market for their stuff. I look at it like another place, it's not my cup o tea.
I'm so glad this place opened up. They have the best chicken you can get at a fast food restaurant, hands down. Everyone that works there is very friendly and happy to help you. I don't know what sets this fast food establishment apart from the others, but they have my guaranteed repeat business for sure!
went there early in the morning with no line and ordered my girlfriend as box combo no slaw extra toast through the drive thru, we went to go something else and after dropping her off she told me the chicken wasn’t fully cooked and that they gave her 2 sauce instead of the extra toast. i don’t complain normally but i was just disappointed that there was no one in the like and they took a long time just for it to all be no good basically.
