This was my first time trying Raising Cane's, and I was not disappointed. I ate here during a quick stop in Baton Rogue and the food was great. The fries were fresh and the chicken was crispy. The dipping sauce was great too.Food: 5/5
I wasted a free combo card on over battered chicken and watching a girl and boy play and flirt in the window instead of acknowledging that the fries were soggy the coleslaw had water in it and you could see the white flour residue in the chicken. The bottom pieces were soggy. Overall horrible experience. Very disappointing since I live 2 mins away
Kyle, was AMZAZING. Phenomenal customer service. Answered all questions and concerns accurately. He was very patient and kind. My partner and I don’t get why he isn’t a general manager yet !!!!Food: 5/5
I work for doordash and in every Cane's that I've been in has had exceptional customer service, the food quality is exceptional with a inviting and friendly atmosphere.... Very clean too!!Food: 5/5
The cashier seemed bothered that she had to work. I also ordered a 3 finger box combo, and was given 2 pieces that were extremely hard. I haven’t been to this location in over a year, and I’m sad to see it quality degenerate.Food: 2/5
Always fast and friendly service. My food is ways hot and correct and the line moves quickly.Food: 5/5
So me and my daughter and I stopped by this particular raising cane's on government and foster drive. Lord, if the food wasn't good, I would've never stopped. Why is the line always ridiculously long? And why are they so slow? I will try level best to never stop here again.Food: 5/5
Gotta love the O-riginal Cane RIP; Glad Todd '90 named the stores after the dog movie ref in there! Like Labrador's, South Louisiana understands if you're going to do something... do it right, or don't do it at all. Got to say, even in odd economic times, Cane's menu is fairly priced not shouting out the chicken tender market in the earlier 2000s; it's just the economy, stupid Geaux-Away Brandon!, consistent all day long, and twice on Tuesdays! One recommendation... BOB the toast!! You'll thank them later, butter on both sides of the toast. '91 Kid-friendliness: Have heard some say the fingers aren't marinated... they are, for tenderness - not flavor, like you think. However - if you've ever gotten a mouth full of fried chicken tender, that's unmatinated - it's like chewing sawdust after 10 seconds. Went ever find that @ Cane's... if someone says they're bland; give 'em a honey mustard if they don't want the Cane's sauce - usually quiets most of those who complain smack in the Pie Hole.
The chicken is good, not great. The best thing at canes is the toast. I won't eat at any of the locations anymore. The chicken tenders are always RIDICULOUSLY small, and prices are outrageous for what you receive. Canes in general have dropped WAY off. If you read the negative reviews, it's the same problem........... super small tenders, it literally feels like stealing. I recommend going in paying for the sauce, then buying chicken somewhere else. Very disappointed with canes, enough to take time to write this long review
Great restaurant friendly service good atmosphere friendly and helpful employeesFood: 5/5
