More than 5 times I have been dissatisfied with ordering through the drive through. Today, I ordered 3 kids meal and the sandwich combo. The kids meals had hardly no fries. My oldest had a total of 13 fries and the other two about he same. The lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and black. Another time the batter fell off the chicken and was so greasy we couldn't eat it. I've tried to give them the benefit of doubt, like I said this is more than 5 times, but it just seems every time we go through the drive through we have problems. We have had better experiences when going in. They need to work more on their drove through be just as satisfactory as eating inside.

Great food. Not satisfied with the drinks. The soda machine is off in the mix of the drinks.

I don't understand how you can do only ONE thing, at a premium price mind you. And not do it well. Chicken was soggy as if it sat a while as were the French fries. This is all you do!!!! And yiu have multiple locations. People reallu are crazy.... The service was nice however.

Let me say this...Kia - Ashley and Precious made our families experience the best we have EVER HAD at ANY Raising Cane's...we love Raising Cane and live closer to the Rivers location but I can honestly say...I WILL DRIVE TO THE SUMMERVILLE location from here on out...WAY TO GO GUYS BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...
