Came to have lunch at Canes with my wife. The food was great! Nice & fresh, lemonade is fresh & tasteful. Restaurant is nice & clean, movie pictures on the walls are cool to look at. The only negative is the front cashier girl, she was unpleasant. She had a nasty attitude on her, even as she called our order I went & picked it up from the counter & said Thank you, she gave me no reply, or anything. Didn't even look my way. She seemed to be a high school girl, young Hispanic I'm assuming. But minue her, this Canes location is great!
A frequent visitor of Raising Canes, first time I had this was in Louisiana but nice to visit the one here in Arizona. I typically get the Box Combo which is 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, One Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast and Coleslaw. Like most I enjoy using the toast as a sandwich, putting somes fries and chicken inside and dunking it into the canes sauce. Also with the tea, I like to do a mix of the Lemonade and the Ice Tea. Nice service here, no complaints and good food.
The taste was fine, same as usual. The staff was nice. My complaint is the size of the tenders they give now. If anything, prices went up, but the chicken quantity decreased. Feels like a scam now, considering how much business they get, I find it unnecessary for the quantity and price ratio to change only for their benefit. I am better off going to a local spot for a way better deal. The chicken tenders are half of what they used to be :'
The chicken was hilariously tiny, 14 dollars out the door too. They gave me lots of fries tho, sadly I did find hair in my fries lost my appetite real quick.Food: 1/5
Quick service! The chicken sandwich is delicious! The combo box is a better option with some chicken fingers and a drink!Food: 4/5
At this canes, the food was good and extra crispy. There was lots of room to sit and the food got to us basically right after we ordered- lightning speed Great location to eat at! Will be coming back Parking: Busy parking lot can be difficult to find parking
The chicken fingers at this location are noticeably smaller, less than half the size of our favorite branch at S McClintock and E Baseline. Additionally, everything seems overly salty, and the fries lack the usual crunch. It's quite disappointing. Thankfully, this is not indicative of all branches! For better quality, I'd recommend visiting the other nearby branch.
Yeah putting a slip of paper that says we’re closing at 1am the 20th through the 26th is lousy and unprofessional as hell. If you’re going to Change the hours for an entire week. The least you can do is update your website. Google or your website. Both of which still show open until 2:30am. You have been ruining people’s nights from 1am on. In the time I pulled up alone there were 3-4 other people who all pulled up and got turned away because of your falsified bait and switch hours. I was coming back from a long road trip at 2am and expected canes to actually be reliable, nope, now night is ruined and I’m home from a 6 hour drive hungry. Love that. Terrible management at this location.
The food is consistently good, always fresh! Amazing staff! Any time I’m in Phoenix I will not skip visiting this location Food: 5/5
I went to canes with intention of enjoying a refreshing meal of fried chicken, fresh crinkle fries, and TEXAS TOAST. I received my 3 tender combo meal and was extremely disappointed. My chicken seemed to have been sitting in the box for several minutes resulting in soggy chicken. My fries felt fresh but were far too salty. Lastly, as seen in the picture shown, my bread was not toasted. This is extremely disappointing considering the fact that i have never had a bad experience such as this one at any other Canes.
