I take my 91 year old Mother to Dr. Singla for her annual eye exams and each year I'm shocked at the lack of concern for patients waiting hours to see the Doctor. Waiting three to four hours after appointment time is not unusual and most of the patients are elderly! I'm told his wife is the one who does the scheduling and double books every time slot. I've never encountered anything so arrogant, rude and uncompassionate and if there were other options my Mom would consider, I would be looking for a new opthamologist.

Dr. Singla is really nice. I had an extremely bad eye infection that got worse after going to urgent care. I went here and it was better within a few days.

When I made my appointment I asked for the earliest available and was told it was 8:15am I arrived early to fill out paper work which I did. Then I sat and waited with 4 other patients. At 9:15am no one had been called back and I left. This doctor is the most inconsiderate doctor I have ever made an appointment with, and I know there are others in the Golden Triangle who are also inconsiderate but this one is the worse. He needs to take some time off and go to Houston for a lesson in scheduling. The fact that I am the only review tells me that there are people out there that just accept his method of doing business as what is normal. NOT ME
