Excellent service. I no longer live in constant fear of pain. Support staff are polite and efficient. But I'm unhappy to be charged $25 because on my way to a routine appointment I was in a car accident. The fee is a penalty for missing an appointment. This agency needs to have some flexibility or they will leave an impression that profit comes first.
