Let me begin by saying that the ladies at the desk are absolutely wonderful. But I never really felt very comfortable once I got past the waiting room. The last time I went, I was stressed out, so I may have been a little over-sensitive, but that didn't justify the dentists behavior. 

I had a slight crack in my back tooth, which I noticed right after the last visit. Since it was the tooth next to the one that had been filled, I asked if it was possible that the other dentist had nicked it (I wasn't trying to accuse anyone, I was just trying to understand where the crack came from). Instead of telling me that he thought it was from grinding my teeth (which was eventually what he said), he read my chart at me angrily and belittled and berated me for 20 minutes first. I left in tears. Needless to say, I'll never go back.
