The service is hit and miss when it comes to getting your order in a timely manner. Half the time you have pull up and park to wait for them to feel like bringing your order out to you. Best fries in any fast food restaurant when they are hot. The wings are pretty good too.

WOW if I could make this one star 0 I absolutely would! This place has horrible customer service. My partner and I are visiting New Orleans this weekend for Mardi Gras and we were super excited to visit this place because we no longer have them in San Antonio. Such a shame that cashier with red hair was so rude and short. Very very disappointed!

Made the mistake of going here last night about 7 pm. The girl taking our order rushed us through order order (which wasn't complicated & only 3 meals). She cut my husband off, and he politely said ma'am to add one last thing to our order. The response he got was a loud, obnoxious, exasperated sign and a super hateful, loud "WHAAAAATTTTT?!" Needless to say we left and went to Sonic where we were treated with great customer service. I know how exasperating it is to be expected to do your job when you have no work ethic.

Laplace location -They are very rude. Lack of customer service Constantly messing up orders and they just throw the food in the bag any find of way. Got mad because I wanted a refund because they jacked my order up. Fries was cold and the meat was dry like it was sitting out to long. And the wings were redipped in the grease to make it seem fresh and when I went to bite the wings were old and hard. More sauce in the bag then on the wings because it was thrown in bag and leaked out carton.
