Good Deli and very nice quality food with a wide selection of grocery items. I enjoy getting a cup of tea or coffee at the Coffee Bean inside the store too.

We were pleased to find polite, friendly service from every employee we encountered. That is a much appreciated improvement from past experience.

Fresh produce that is managed by employees that really know what they are doing and take their produce seriously. Well stocked and they have a lot of sale items. More so then the average Ralph's. I feel it a due to the Walmart being so close they want to keep prices close. Quality is far better then Walmart or Vons, so is the selection and cleanliness.

One of the employees who works in the meat and fish department is discriminatory and rude. He is a hispanic-american short male, pale-skin, black hair, mid-40s, and wears a white uniform. He was very rude/aggressive for no apparent reason. I confronted one of the other employees about this and he replied that that his co-worker might have been having a bad day as he has been working there for a long time and was behind in status compared to other newer employees. Still that is no excuse to take it out on innocent shoppers.
