From my own point of view. I will say.my experience every time I go there it is wonderful why? Because always found what I need it.the groceries are fresh.meat quality and the prices are affordable the employees are always there when you need help.I visit there every 2 days.

Great selection. Has a cheese shop, sushi bar, and assorted salad bars near the deli. 

I've always had fantastic service there. Enough so that half the time I seek out the manager to tell them :)

Parking lot can be tough to get out of during peak hours.

This Burbank Ralph's has a huge variety of ready-to-serve foods. So many salads, chicken, potatoes, etc. Perfect for all your picnic needs.

Lots of Pros & Cons so hard to rate. Always packed and out of items and Very expensive. But I really Love most the employees they are very helpful and take the time to give help. I shop here weekly and the customer service keeps me going back even with the cons. Overall I am happy
