Update Thursday May 17th, 2018 Overall Improvement, management listening to suggestions. The staff is amazing. Always greeted with a friendly hello. Everything is a bit pricy, but if you look for the specials and shop mindfully you come out winning. Remember to bring your Ralph's card or provide your phone number when checking out for the discounts. It can be quite a price difference!

A grocery store that you can find anything you need fresh or frozen,wine they have I all! enough parking in the heart of the city.

Staff is courteous and helpful. I love the wine selection and can always count on great prices. Yes, the store will get busy at the expected peak hours, but lines usually move along quickly. Try the self checkout!

March 12 at around 2pm, in Ralph with an employee by the name of Patty. Her excuse for her attitude with me was that she’s doing a lot and is also managing the other employees. Which has nothing to do with a customer. As a loyal customer, I shouldn’t have to experience that with an employee. Her behavior and her excuse for it was UNACCEPTABLE! And I hope that this is dealt with.
