This Ralph's is next door to the Custom Hotel where I had to spend the night on a missed connection.  Rather than eat at a restaurant by myself, I grazed at the Ralph's, which has the greatest staff I've ever seen in a supermarket.  I bought a deli sandwich, and the checker gave me an honorary Ralph's card resulting in a dollar off.  Happened a second time too when I told the checker I didn't want a Ralph's card since I wasn't a local.  As well, I watched another checker do a larger order in front of me, and her hands were a blur at the scanner.  You wouldn't believe it.  I told her it's the fastest work I'd ever seen.  She smiled and said, "They want us to be fast".  No need to hunt for an express line at Ralph's with these ultra-speedy checkers.  Maybe there's a checker olympics.  Anyway, I'm delighted that this Ralph's happened to be next door to my hotel, and it made my missed connection a much better experience.

The store has two armed guards walking and watching your every move. It is unfortunate there is so much theft in the store that such a security presence is needed. I was very uncomfortable being carefully watched.

Live here locally, the reasons why the ratings are low because they have very little here. I don't like that they only sell shampoos and conditioners for certain hair types. They don't really service the WHOLE COMMUNITY. Im positive whites aren't the only ones washing their hair in Westchester. Hopefully one day they'll get a section and give us some products lol. Next the customer service is mediocre. I've needed help with balloons and the workers ignored me then rudely asked me if I needed help. My reply would've been very rude if I was in a different mood.  There are mostly good experiences over bad but just a heads up incase it's not goos

Love this store nice and clean cashiers are wonderful and the fried chicken wings is great! Parking is so convenient

This Ralphs is small but tends to have everything you need. I wish they had a hot soup area but that's pretty much all it's lacking. Pretty ideal place to stop right before you get to LAX if you're trying to pick up last minute gifts on the cheap.
