Asked them to come out and give me an estimate for possible repair work. They were very honest and told me no work needed to be done. My issues were a combination of not being caused by foundation issues and not really needing to be addressed. I think it speaks volumes about a company that is willing to come out and honestly assess that they're not needed. That gives me a lot of confidence in recommending them and using them again in the future if the situation arises.

I contacted RamJack over three weeks ago to get an estimate for the repairs needed on our foundation. Our house is on the market and I was told that we would be charged for an estimate, which was fine; but when I mentioned that my husband is a structural engineer I was told that we would not be charged for this consult after all. The representative visited our house and told us that he would write up an estimate and get back to us in 2-3 days. When that time had passed, I left a voicemail. When that went unanswered we wrote an email. When that was also ignored, our agent called the main office and left a message. The following scenarios would have been acceptable: asking us to pay for the estimate after all, letting us know that for whatever reason they did not want to take on this job, or letting us know that there was a delay. Rather we were ignored and blown off. At the time of this writing it has been over three weeks since we were told it would be two or three days. We contacted a different foundation repair company who got us a written estimate on the same day they visited. When we told the representative from the competing company about how Ramjack had treated us, he said: Well, we're happy to have your business. That's about the way we feel, too.

From the initial consultation through the completion of the project, Ram Jack was courteous and professional. Our project was rather extensive and Matt and Jon were super to work with. Matt called several times a week to inform us what was coming next. Also, they took the time to answer all our questions and were very friendly throughout the job. Job well done!

Dean, Matt, and Jon, Chuck and I could not have been more impressed with your professionalism while working on our home. We greatly appreciated how Matt kept us "in the loop"! He would call each day to let us know which workers would be working that day and their approximate arrival time. There was never a lapse of one day during the two months that Ram Jack was working on our project. We even had neighbors comment how they noticed workers were there each day. Even when there was a delay getting materials they found other tasks that could be completed. It is emotional to accept that your home has structural problems but Dean, Matt, and Jon were compassionate and answered our questions and concerns and made our project go as smoothly as possible. We believe we had the VERY best company to do our project. Our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you at Ram Jack of Colorado. Chuck and Judy
