We stayed at this hotel at a discounted price through Expedia. The hotel was conveniently located right off the interstate between the airport and downtown. The hotel was very clean, roomy, and updated with a couch, fridge, and microwave. Each room was named something different that had to do with New Orleans, and I thought that was cute. Only complaint was that the spring mattress wasn't the most comfortable. Overall good experience

The room was hot and muggy. The AC didn't cool well the beds are very hard. All the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful

This is a very nice hotel. It is clean and in a safe location. The staff is very friendly and special thanks to Drew for accommodating us.

Water pressure in the shower sucks. Half of the outlets didn't work. they didn't bother to specify that only rooms with a king size bed has a pullout couch while implying that our double queen room did. 

And worst of all was the "Continental breakfast". It's actually just a voucher for a free English muffin at the ihop next door. You can't even grab it an go, you need to be seated like normal resteraunt dining. 

This hotel is not cheap enough to justify this level of misdirection

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. What upset me had to do with the free breakfast. It really wasn't free. All you get is toast and juice from IHOP for free. If you want real food you have to pay for it. It had been years since I had horrible breakfast at a hotel. It was ridiculous!
