NO SERVICE!! Front desk clerk tonight Saturday 10/21/2017 with an addtude. No remote for television, called front desk, told the person that answered the phone I have no remote and I've checked the room including all the draws. He said "did you check around the room? Did you look on the cabinet near the TV? Then he told me I'll have to look and see if I could find one, I'll call you back. When he called back to tell me he found one, I was told if I wanted it I could come to front desk. Ask for it to be brought to room ( customer service) he told me if I wanted it I could come to front desk. When I told him I was not getting dressed to come get it he hung up. End of story no customer service no one brought it.

The service was nice. The rooms was adequate in size and clean. I would stay again given the chance

The first room had dirty sheet on bed. I tried another room, the door handled appears broken on the outside. The rooms do not have dead bolt, just a latch ( unhappy about that ). I went to get into bed and the king bed is very worn out on one side ( I had to sleep on the other side.), the tub water stopper does not work properly. There are no elevators in this hotel. The furniture is very worn in these rooms. The plus is the King room I had is spacious.. yes, you are close to the freeway and it can be noisy. I did not appreciate the front desk saying my room number aloud. No no no!!

The staff was friendly, but other than that this place was awful. To begin with, the pool was green with slime and zero visibility. It was disgusting. The parking lot did not make you feel safe or like your vehicle was in a secure place. There were all kinds of people walking up to the vehicles and looking inside them, but nobody got into the vehicles. It was as if they were looking in the windows to see what the guests had in their cars. There were also homeless people diving in the dumpsters outside of the facility at night. The front of the building had flood lights that beamed into your room at night and the curtains would not close all of the way so the lights kept you awake. If that wasn't enough, the toilets were very low to the ground and they ran all night when you flushed them. Last, but certainly not least, you could hear the refrigeration and alarms on the tractor trailers going off all night. My advice, do not stay here. The only reason we stayed the night is because all of the surrounding hotel/motels were SOLD OUT.

Tweakers in the lobby and all around the property. Real turn off. Hotel ok. Probably better after construction finishes. Staff very friendly.
