Rooms were clean and up to date. Exterior could use a little more work, but that's not important to me, unless it's a huge detractor. Breakfast was good. Hot meal with plenty of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent Internet and an adequate amount of electrical outlets. I would stay again with the great price from Wyndham rewards. Discounted rooms are usually located further than regular pay rooms.

Pretty sure the sheets weren't changed between guests, pieces of cardboard covered gap between ac unit and windows. Bathroom had long strands of hair in tub. Fridge and ac unit barely cooled and security bolt I'd not work! I'm glad i had my dog with me. Only way I felt safe!

This place is the best value for the money. I got treated with respect and great customer service. The breakfasts are great and the rooms are immaculate!

Never stayed at their hotel, but my review is based on their paid parking and airport shuttle. We used them about 2 weeks ago and I would never do it again, nor recommend it. We arrived there and told the front desk how many of us needed to go. We waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. They put an employee that worked at Ramada and the driver's wife before us (paying customers). The driver's wife refused to get out so we could get everyone in and our bags. The front desk was rude about everything. We kept telling them we'll miss our flight if we have to wait any longer and they didn't care. Then when we got back we had the same terrible experience that we just sent two people to go get the cars and come back and pick us up. NEVER use them!!! They do not care if you're a paying customer. It's cheaper to just park somewhere else (where you don't have to tip for even a crappy experience) and less hassle.

What it has going for it most of all: it's cheap. The rooms are run down but the standard amenities are there. Staff is friendly and it's close to a light rail stop for easy access to downtown. The Indian buffet inside the hotel is meh.... But they do have kingfisher beer which surprised me. If price is what youre mainly considering this is not a bad choice.
