Overall experience = mediocre at best. Within the first couple hours of the stay, we had the repair man in our room to fix a broken Air conditioner (it was dripping water all over us as soon as we turned it on), and I was walked in on by staff after showering. Not only was the door NOT shut upon the staff seeing me not fully covered in a towel, but I was advised that the room we were given (that we had reserved about month in advance) was “Out of order”. Upon first entering the room it was 78 degrees and the air conditioning (after being “fixed”) could not get the temperature down past 68. We had it on for 5 days and 4 nights without turning it off once and it was set to 65. The elevator inspections are out of date (posted pic with review), and they wobble and groan with more than a couple people in at a time. Staff is friendly but some bar tenders are slow and don’t know what they’re doing. This bar tender could have been new, but they had to check the menu for drink ingredients almost every time and I was still served a drink with out of date/sour ingredients. They were kind and exchanged the drink after a taste test. Beds were comfy, and room was clean (family member in another room found dirty clothes from last person on the floor). Hot tub had so many chemicals that if you turn on the jets it fills with foam like someone dumped shampoo in it. Also, it had black stuff all over the foam. Would only stay here again if it was an emergency and would rather stay at a motel.

In town for a wedding so it was in the perfect location and distance from everything we wanted to do and see. Our room is clean, the beds and pillows are extremely soft and comfy. Water pressure in the shower could be better. The staff is kind and helpful.

The room was clean and house keeping came through regularly, everytime we left we came back to clean room, there was a recycle bin in our room which was super cool. The employees were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a little half ass, just toast and cereal, but the paid breakfast was good. Parking was easy and hassle free.

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk was very friendly and quick to reply to any request. Almost direct access to I5 so very convenient for getting around and lots of free parking at hotel. Bathroom was very slow to drain but otherwise fantastic for our family of 4

The worst experience ever. The first room they gave us had a broken sink. It was next to a very crowded street, so because of the noise we asked them to change our room to the other side of the building. Although the new room they gave us had a no-smoking sign, we could clearly notice the cigarette smell. There were two ear plugs in the room. Later we learned they are for the super loud heater. We turned the heater on, waited for an hour, but the room was super cold as the heater was broken. A technician came to fix it, so we sat in the room for a while till he finishes his work. After that was fixed, I went to brush my teeth to go to bed, but the sink was broken and wouldn't drain. Such a bad experience... Long story short, I don't recommend this place for stay...
