Very popular area with hiking trails of various difficulty levels. Beautiful scenery with lakes and streams for fishing. Lots of dog walkers. Parking lot can fill up on weekends. Despite popularity, it's serene and relaxing.

Great trails for scenic hiking. Easy mostly flat trail around lake and more strenuous trails on mountain. A few picnic tables. Warning: No bathrooms or outhouses!

Great location for hiking. Good variety of trails with varying difficulties. Dog friendly (must have leash). Decent location for picnics.

A beautiful place for a hike, it even has a tiny waterfall. I highly recommend it if you are there type of person(s) that enjoys a scenic hike. It also had a nice hill on it if you are into that kind of exercise.

Great NJ park, with plenty of trail and water views.  Parking can get crowded when the weather is nice but you get moments of quiet when you get on a trail further away from the parking lot. The reservation connects with Ringwood State Park so lengthier hikes are possible.  Nothing I would call too strenuous. Good place to bring dogs and kids.
