If I could give this "business" negative stars I would. The owners are absolutely terrible. My mother had a unit with them for OVER FIVE YEARS. Her payment plans were set up to be every other month. There was a postal issue and they received the payment a few days late. Due to this they sold my mothers belongings. When the husband called to inform my mother he told her notice was sent to her address, however for the five years she was with them she had requested her address on file be changed and it never was. So basically they sent it to an old address and only called once they sold her stuff. The husband told my mother that they needed "paying customers" as if over five years was not enough. I will tell every person I know how terrible this place really is. They feel because they are a small town business they can screw people over.
