I was SO pleased with my experience here! Great customer service, great food at nice prices, and a fun outside eating area! If you want a gluten free friendly place with room to have multiple people in one area then THIS is the place to come! Owners kids are helping with serving and taking away dishes, just an all around family environment. I can't wait to come back next summer, WELL DONE!!!! I am one happy customer!

Flavorful! Nachos were outstanding! And chicken enchiladas, some of the best! Friendly service. Ramon's will be definitely visited again!

It is a classic mexican style restaurant, perfect for a family outing. The staff are all kind and welcoming and they smile continuously. 

The only criticism that I can speak of is their menus they really need to be washed.

The absolute best service and food in Pagosa Springs.  I find myself waiting very long to be seated and served at most restaurants in Pagosa but here they are prompt and very friendly.  Highly recommended!!

We stopped in for drinks & an appetizer. Service was slow, no regional beers on the menu, the guacamole was more like mashed avocado than guacamole--couldn't taste any salt, garlic, onions, lime or jalapenos. We won't be back to try anything else.
