Parking is a Real Problem here. It has been since the landlord foolishly allowed a Starbucks to be constructed in the parking lot several years ago. This did 2 bad things. First, it destroyed much needed parking spots. Second, and more critically, the Drive Through Starbucks Patrons seem to always be in a great rush and drive their cars at high speeds through this crowded parking lot.

Ok This center is right up my alley. As I grew up in the area This is South central Johnson County Go to strip center and has been for decades. A little long in the tooth but recently remodeled. Worst part about this center is the movie theaters in the basement, absolutely horrifying Especially in this tense super competitive movie theater environment. Anchored by an excellent hardware store

Very popular theater with the locals. We saw a great locally produced movie in good seats. Small theater, get there early for tickets. They have first run movies also.

We stop in mainly for Dewey's Pizza. They have the best pizza in town. But there are other places worth stopping for add well. The Ace hardware is surprisingly large and well stocked. Also, a very nice garden center.

The Ranchmart Ace Hardware is the best. I felt like I was transported back 50 years when a hardware store had almost everything. The customer service was excellent. I could wander around that place for hours. Love it!
