All of my experiences here have been very positive.  The entire staff has always treated me well.  The doctors and nurses, the office staff,  etc... are personable and knowledgeable.

Failed to give me test results.. I had BREAST CANCER AGAIN!  Delayed diagnosis caused me to undergo chemotherapy and endure the side effects all over again.  When I asked what happened and why no one ever contacted me to relay test results answer was "we dropped the ball". I don't recommend anyone to take a chance with their life at this place.

Terrible customer service. Terrible communications support. They have a maze-like phone system with a call back option. I used it. When I got a call back, I was placed in queue again and was further back in line than when I originally phoned in to make the request. Also, they are very unhelpful when it comes to billing. They made a mistake on my billing and told me to contact my insurance company. I contacted my insurance company to find out that they didn't even process anything on their end from them at all. So write them back and it's an endless loop of each pointing the finger at the other and neither taking the initiative to correct the problem. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful administrative team and completely disrespectful of their patients' time.

Coming to this office twice were my two most unpleasant Dr. Office visits. It's like a puppy mill or drive thru, their goal is to get you in and out as fast as possible. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
