Out of the 22 lampposts spread throughout the park, 9 of them work and 13 are broken. That's 9 light posts for 96 homes. This leaves many streets in total darkness after sunset. At night, it's so dark and scary to walk here. This allows for sketchy people to enter as they please. The management increases the rent on a regular basis yet provides no maintenance whatsoever. The trash cans are overflowing daily because pama isn't willing to pay for an extra day of trash pick up. The large potholes will damage your car, guaranteed. If a resident needs to speak to a "manager," the number provided outside the office is one belonging to a man who passed away 4 years ago. There is a mobile park just down the street. I'd suggest anyone interested in this one, don't waste your time and go there.
