I live in the neighboring town of Lomita and i was having problems with our parking lots gate another tenant hit the gate one night very hard and knocked it off the tracks it was off the tracks and bent at 45 degrees on the corner. This is for an apartment complex of about 13 apartments. So many cars in the parking lot to protect and that could be damaged when driving out. I contacted our building owner and he asked me to find a service. I called ranch’s palos after calling some local businesses. Rancho palos was able to set me up with an appointment the same day the technician came and handle the whole job himself. He went ahead and added a new track and welded the gate back so it would be straight and the wheels would go on the track. They gave us a good price on a new automatic system which he also installed and explained to me in easy language. The technician was there the time he said we would be and done at the time he said too. The secretary followed up with me to get the owners info and handle the payment all over the phone. There business is fast pace and trustworthy i hope i don’t need repairs soon but If i do I’ll call this business

Several years ago i helped my family build our backward gate with just basic wood planks some power tools and it was a fun day jumping 10 years the gate had some rot it was cracked in many places a couple holes on the bottom towards the concrete a couple of the wood planks were inches from just falling off so it become is danger zone for my younger cousins and pets. I called rancho palos to have a completely new gate installed they were able to send a technician the next morning. Our tech stopped by his name was ben and he told us we might not have to replace the whole gate he would just replace the extremely damaged wood and replace those and then add a new fresh of paint this alternative was cheaper and allowed us to still proudly say we built the gate. I explained to him my problems with my two small jack russels who love to squeeze out the bottom of the gate. He made all the planks the same length and put some border on the bottom to add another few inches this way it’s more difficult for them to get out and if they manage they won’t get scratched by the wood i really really appreciated that because i would never have thought to do it myself and also just had insurance that my dogs wouldn’t be hurt or be able to escape. Ben finished the job really well and left the simplicity of our gate. He was on time and the price for the repairs was much less then i thought and had been told by other business. The service was done within 3 hours and i haven’t had one problem with the gate or my dogs escaping since. Thank you
