A very nice place to live. This park is beautiful, lots of trees. Well-maintained.

the park is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. I think the speed limit is a little low at 10 miles per hour. 15 or 20 is average and is really hard to maintain 10 per hour through whole park as much as I try I end up st 15 to 20mph. The yard debris pick up is great! makes it easier to do your yard. I feel very comfortable here
