I have come here a few times for both myself and my family. Each time we are seen incredibly quickly and he staff are all courteous and efficient (even in the middle of the night). The hospital is not covered within our insurance, but as this closest to our house we end up her fairly often.

Some old white nurses at Rancho Springs ER are just plain evil. They have retired on the job and could care less about the patients. My elderly mother was seen there. She was mistreated and not cared for properly. They treated her roughly- may have been a racial matter. They left my mother in her urine for several hours ( as a result she developed a severe rash) and the nurse who inserted the catheter caused an abrasion- my mom bled for several days.) Aside from those nurses from hell... The doctors were  wonderful.

The staff here works quick, they are all very friendly, including security. Medical team got us out of here in less than 4 hours. While other ER’s have you waiting 4 hours in the waiting room!
They constantly checked on my mom, thank you! 
 Definitely recommend this medical facility

I got the best medical care anyone could have and I can't thank you enough--from the Admission staff, Radiologist and his assistant, OR and recovery RN's, Anesthesiologist and of course to my General surgeon..you are all awesome!! I'm in awe of the excellent people at RSMC. Everyone treat their patient like a family. Thanks for the get well soon card I received. All of you are beyond professionals! Truly appreciated♥️

Super friendly and caring staff, fast service, and very clean. I cannot say enough about how nice the staff is here, in almost every department everyone is great. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of care.
