This is an outstanding law firm. When I first called in Evelyn answered and gave me very concise information and even when she was not able to answer my question was still very professional. When I went in and met with Bryan, all of my concerns were met. Definitely a relief off my shoulders as I love the United States and intend on staying here and starting a janitorial company. Horrible experience. Constant delays in my wife's immigration process over simple things such as: 1) Law group forgetting signatures on documents and having me come in on weekends. 2) Not responding to emails or contacts for more than a week. 3)Law group forgetting to submit certain documents I had already submitted to them prior. Generally don't seem concerned and give excuses. I understand if there are delays from the Visa offices themselves, however the delays we faced were due to carelessness from the attorney's side. Also. Never once did i actually get to meet my lawyer in person. They gave a consultation in person with another lawyer and I never heard from her again. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. The only good thing about this place was the cheesecake they sent me to apologize for forgetting to file the correct documents. Hence the one star.

I had great experience with this firm. I am in the process of petitioning my future husband. I had many questions in regards to this process. The office Assistant Evelyn explained how the consultations work and what attorney would be best for me. I was able to get a consultation. The attorney gave us options that will work for us.

My name is Janet Cervantes, I hired The Ranchod Law Group to help me with my VAWA case. This has been one of the best decisions that I have ever taken. 
My friends recommended me this Attorney for his great service and how professional he is, they were so right about it.
Since my initial call, the receptions have been so kind and helpful.
When I had my initial appointment, the legal team were very friendly and explained the whole process for me. 
This was a very stressful case, but I was assigned to Brian Guzman, who is a very good Paralegal and I did not stressed anymore. He has been always there for me answering all my questions and following up with me.

This place is fantastic! Yesenia Rojas helped us renew our resident cards and did a great job. She was really friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. After spending money on a different lawyer who was awful, we finally decided to give her a chance. Trust me she does a great job!!!!
