I have had the privilege of using this law firm on two separate occasions. The first encounter was 16 years ago when had first wreck and I ended up with Randall Trost. At present I have had the privilege of having Randy Trost after having my second wreck. In between the years I have seen them out on several occasions in the Lynchburg area, they are always asking about me, the family, and how things are going, and what I have been up to. Always seem to be like family and down to earth folks when talking with them.  These guys and this firm have always been highly recommended by friends and family as well as everyday people out  in the community. There are times when you need legal advice when things are not going so great and life is like a box of chocolates, you get a few bad ones in the batch. When talking to them at both times they always told the good, the bad, and the ugly even if it was information that you didn't want to hear, they are upfront about where you are at and how the case is looking. Their communication skills and style are very direct and plain language which makes it easy and efficient to do business with them. They were encouraging with their advice while still being respectful of my wishes.When needed, they steered me away from pursuing trivial issues based on emotions, and I appreciated their candor and common sense.There was absolutely no stress or drama in their office and they put everything at ease. They are caring, passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable and excellent attorneys to have represent me in my accidents. Not only do they deeply care about the case, they care about me as a person and how I am handling it all. They are definitely someone you want on your side to help you through.
