Recently switched from a different vet, couldn't be happier and wished I would've done it a lot sooner. They are very knowledgeable and always extremely friendly. Really take care of my pooches and feel very comfortable when they're in their care. A few weeks ago one of my dogs unfortunately broke one of her toes, they got her in right away and took great care of her. Explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. Went above and beyond and designed a wonderful watermelon looking cast for her. Had to bring her in today for a cast change and shocked me again with a cast that has ladybugs on it. They did an amazing job and the detail on the casts are awesome. Great place and even better people, I'm a customer for life!!!

It was my first time here with my new 8-week old puppy. I was very pleased. Dr. Jordan Abram was very nice and had a wonderful calming demeanor so my puppy felt comfortable. Her knowledge and care put me at ease that RYLEE was being examined by a wonderful doctor. All the staff was very nice. So, so far so good. But I expect it will always be perfect. Thank YOU all!

The staff at Randall Road Animal Hospital are wonderful. We had not been clients but when our Sandy was sick and we could not get to our regular vet, they were there to help. Unfortunately our girl was very sick and we had two options. One to keep her on pain meds until the end or put her out of her misery. They could not have been more sympathetic and caring for our girl and for our family. We now have a new vet that we take our other dogs to.

I've been very pleased with my experiences at RRAH. While I don't have a specific vet that I ask for, their collective professionalism and talents meet my high standards. I have recommended to friends and customers that they consider the hospital especially for spaying, which I have found outstanding. The staff is friendly and organized, and wait time has never been long. I am a breeder, so do have specialty vets elsewhere of necessity. One very big plus for my multi-animal situation is that they have regular weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday, something not to be found in 99% of veterinary practices, and sometimes my dogs and cats don't plan their need for a vet during normal office hours.

Not very happy with them. I used to like them and I even recommended them to several people but I will no longer. I brought my dog in on a Saturday with a UTI and I was told that I would have the results on Tuesday, Finally on Thursday I get a call back saying that she does have a lot of bacteria in her urine. I was glad that she was put on antibiotics right away otherwise she would have been miserable waiting that long for results. I called to reschedule follow up appointment and I was told that they were booked and had no appoints available for the next few days, which is hard to believe since they are open from 8 am - 9pm. It seems as if they do not care about the health of animals. The person who answered when I called his name is JT, he was very rude and even hung up on me. This is not a way to keep people coming back. I did find another vet. It just so happens to be the former partner that used to work here. I am much happier the place is much nicer as the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also do not hang up on clients.
