Usually I have pretty decent service but today was totally unacceptable! I was profiled today and my items were searched. The manager accused me of stealing right after I paid for my items. I made my initial purchase and told the cashier I forgot some items. After paying and him handing me my bags and receipt....he told me it was ok to go back and get my items and keep my bags with me (seeing that I only had 2 small bags). As I was walking back I heard over the intercom a person called for security to the front door, I didn't think anything of and kept going. I noticed there were about 4 employees standing at the door as if they were setting up a blockade. I thought to myself, "maybe they are having issues with a customer coming into the store". Not knowing all the while they are setting up measures to prevent me from "stealing" my already paid for items. As I walked towards the cashier to check out for a second time, I noticed her giving me a weird look. Then I looked towards the front door and noticed the "barricade" of employees all were looking my way. The cashier then received a phone and she looked at my bags. At this point I put 2 and 2 together and prepared myself for this accusation coming my way. As I was finishing with check out, the manager came over and started to bag my items, which was weird because there was no one bagging the entire time I was there (they usually don't schedule enough employees to bag or open more than 3 isles) then she asked if I had a receipt for my items. I told her yes and showed her, then she proceeded to eye my items. I asked why she needed to see my receipt and bags and she said someone said I was stealing. I offered my bag to her to save some embarrassment for myself. She looked through my bag and confirmed all items on my receipt were in the bag. After getting my second receipt I asked the manager to the side to express my dissatisfaction. She apologized and stated they experienced a theft recently and someone reported they saw me take bags off the cashiers table. I calmly explained if she would have taken 2 seconds to verify with the first cashier that my items were paid for she could've avoided this entire ordeal. She kept apologizing and I explained to her several more discreet ways of concluded this matter without embarrassing her self, her company, and more importantly, a future PAYING CUSTOMER. I did not raise my voice nor did I bring any extra attention to us as we talked about this. I will never go to this Randall's location ever again (and probably exclude all Randall's as well). I was disrespected and wrongfully accused.

I was in line for 28 minutes. The cashier kept checking her text messages. Of course, I don't blame her. It must be a nightmare working there. They only ever have one or two cashiers. Occasionally some guy steps in to help for a few minutes then disappears again into who knows where. The prices are double and triple of what you would pay ay HEB, Kroger or Wal-Mart only 1.5 miles down the road. Why do I shop there? It's a giant convenience store with giant convenience store prices. Come to think about it, maybe it would be faster to just drive another mile and a half and get helped out by any of the 10 cashiers at the other places.

This store is horrible. It usually takes 5 minutes to shop in the store and 20 minutes to check out. Every time I go in there they care less and less about their customers. There could a line to the aisles and three people standing around doing nothing. Either bring back the self checkout lines or hire more people to check people out, it's that simple. If you're looking to pick up a few things and have a quick trip in and out of the store this is not the place to go.

Waited for 10 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru. Rang bell for service. Waited 10 more minutes. Pharmacist personnel working inside never greeted us. Finally after 20 minutes (no exaggeration) someone acknowledged us. Then they did not have all the prescriptions even though we called ahead (because of previous bad experiences) to make sure they were there. So now I get to go back tomorrow and do it all over again. We will be taking our business to Kroger.
