Takes them forever to take someone to court for arrears. They didnt honor a court ordered-signed by judge child support because theirs was "first" and lawyers that handled the court order didnt check to see if there was already a case. They some how already had more than one case on the absent parent for same child so why they didnt honor the greater amount for benefit of child is beyond me. Instead they honored the lowest amount. When child shpport was reinstated they failed to mention it wouldnt be the current min. Wage amount that would be charged but the amount from when child support was inactive from years ago. They have yet to take absent parent to court to raise the amount to the current amount it should be. When child support was reinstated, they somehow entered absent parent in jail/prison so the absent parent wasnt being charged for about 4 months. They cant seem to get it together nor have any good sense. This place hasnt been much help. They arent there to benefit child or parent with custody. They seem to be there to help the absent parent.
