Slow and they dont like doing their jobs

Horrible, no one ever answers their phone number nor return any phone calls so I really don't understand why they even have a phone number listed. Despite the fact that I always turn in my paperwork to re apply for food stamps in person, I never receive my benefits on the month that is suppose to be my last. Several times I have went to Dss myself to resolve the issue only to go hungry for another 2 weeks while they do god knows what. It seems as though nothing is accomplished until the issue is pushed.

Never can talk with anyone , always getting the voice mail . no returned calls plenty of messages left they don't care about you or anyone else just the pay check.

They lose everything you given them and don't take responsibility for it and then when there is a problem they blame it on the clients. How do things get lost from the secretary to the worker? That's only 2 hands. Of they canto the job correctly then find someone who can. I saw a policeman playing and running around in the office with 2 Latina girls who worked there like it was a play ground .  Really!  Then they looked at us as we were the ones with the problem. Get a grip. Who runs that place? They should be fired!!!!

If you're just dropping off or picking up information it doesn't take too long. Other services will take up your whole day. Certain case workers will never ever call you back no matter what.
