Awful! Awful! Awful! I was given a quote (unknown to Randy) and when I came in to file I was charged more than DOUBLE the quote amount.  I am a single person with no investments...etc and was charged $150!! The appointment took 20 minutes from the time I stepped in the door to the time I pulled out of the parking lot....I will never go here again and I strongly advise anyone considering Randy's Tax to look elsewhere.
