Had a wonderful time at a private business event. Staff is friendly. They have a beer sampler and a whiskey sampler and lots of flavors to try out. Fun for bringing out of town visitors during the day! They have a comfy room for hanging out with shelves of games to play! Definitely coming back again with friends and family!
Great place and very family friendly. We were there at opening on a Monday and could not have had better service. Got us fresh glasses because they did not think it was clean enough. The .36 cask strength was the best. A must try if in SA.
Did the Brewstillery VIP Tour With Mike. Very Informative Tour with a lot of great Information on Not just the Beer they serve and brew, but the Actual Process of Making Great Texas Style Whiskeys. I Highly recommend for those looking for a good Brewery and Distillery Tour In San Antonio.
This was my first time visiting a distillery and it was great. Since it was the middle of the day on a Tuesday there weren’t too many folks around. However I was happy to have the place to myself. I had a flight of the whiskeys and one of the beers. Both were excellent. I ended up taking a Vatted Whiskey.
Me and my wife came for a tour and I gotta say I was disappointed. The beer and whiskey are good, the price value was great and the staff was super friendly. It really was just the tour that was underwhelming. Big Mike seems like a cool guy and he clearly knows his stuff and is passionate but after an hour and a half the tour was maybe half way through and we left. I suppose maybe brewery tours are just not my type of thing.
A bit of a odd location no info fir the door on the left to show your in the right spot.They was having adult slushy day Now there Rum is very good ..The spirits here were all very well crafted and bit pricy per bottle too take home but at the same time I wanted to buy there past stock on display too.So worth it I got 3 bottlesand want 4 that was out if stock.Many of the shots I had was the last of there stock ,So come often they seem too mix it up alot ..Food truck out back with another bar Friendly staff too
You'll find Ranger Creek tucked away in an industrial park, and it's worth seeking out. Whether it's beer, whiskey, or both, you'll be happy you stopped. A knowledgeable staff and some friendly confines make it a great place to stop for some tasty libations. I believe they have food trucks sometimes as well.
The option of taking a "flight" of beer or whiskey is just awesome...make sure to meet Jim, he is super friendly and a great host! A little chit chat increases the experience!
Their beer and the cocktails are very impressive. I'm a beer nerd and their stouts are some of the best in the state!
What a great experience. TJ the head distiller is around and happy to take questions. Tours are detailed and informative. It is rare to find a place that brews beer and also serves cocktails. In general I would highly recommend ranger creek brewery and distillery.
