This might be the best pulled pork I've had anywhere. The ribs are also excellent. On Saturdays, he usually has brisket as well, and I'll drive up from Boston for it. Try the baked beans with tons of bacon and spicier than I've had elsewhere.

Great catering experience. Meghan was prompt and professional and answered all questions Doug is a fantastic chef. Everything was a huge hit. Specially The brisket, ribs and Mac and cheese were soooo good. Nicely packed, easy to set up I’ll definitely use and recommend Rangers BBQ to all friends and family

Never knew about this food truck until I made a trip up to the Pheasant Lane Mall today. I hadn't had lunch so decided to check it out. The owner, Doug, is a super nice guy. He offered me a sample of the barbecue baked beans and they are fantastic! The sauce is so good  Unfortunately, I could not order them as I have to stay away from sugar due to health reasons and the sauce is quite sweet. He was very nice and helpful when I asked what my best options would be to stay away from too much sugar and simple carbs. He suggested the brisket and also the cold slaw as it was not really sweet so I got the brisket sandwich but without the roll - just the meat. The brisket was awesome! Tender and juicy, not dry at all. Probably the best I've ever had. It didn't need any sauce at all but a combination bite of coleslaw with brisket was pure deliciousness. I will definitely stop by again soon. Next time I plan to try either the pulled pork or chicken, or maybe ribs. I don't know. Will decide when I get there.

I grew up in the South where BBQ and hospitality are among life’s greatest necessities. Today my partner and I were feeling peckish as we were running an errand about an hour from where we’re staying, and not knowing the area, we spotted Ranger’s. We definitely didn’t expect to eat some of the best BBQ we’ve ever had — and meet some of the nicest people in Doug and Tess! The pulled pork sandwich and baked beans were truly out of this world. We’ll happily drive an hour+ for this kind of quality and service, and are excited to try the brisket and ribs next time they were totally sold out today .

The BEST bbq I have ever had!! The brisket & pulled pork were off the charts delicious. Ribs and pulled chicken were great too!! Mac & cheese was amazing! The owner is the sweetest. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived in several places down south, including Memphis, and this is hands-down the best BBQ I’ve ever had! We’ve traveled 30+ minutes on a number of occasions to just meet up with where his truck is located that day.  Pulled pork and pulled chicken are both excellent, brisket is amazing, but do not place an order here without getting the beans.  They are flat-out unbelievable.

We placed a relatively small catering order for a family gathering.  Doug was easy to communicate with and very responsive.  Our family thought the pulled pork, brisket, and baked beans were some of the best they ever had - even compared to some of the "bigger name" places in the Boston/Cambridge area. If you’re looking for someone to cater a party, I highly recommend Rangers. From the ribs to the coleslaw, everything was a hit. The owner and his employees were easy to work with. I plan on stopping by for lunch one day, it’s that good. Thank you for making my daughters grad party a hit!

Doug's brisket and pulled pork never disappoints! It may not look like much, from the food truck to the plastic tables, but the food is well worth the trip. Definitely some of the best barbeque I've ever had. Service is great, and the owner is super friendly.

I stopped because of the line and was I glad I did!  I got the pulled pork sandwich w/side mac n' cheese and it fed me 3 x's!  WOW!! AMAZING Food!  Doug was great to talk with as well.  I was able to sample a little of everything, of course the brisket and baked beans were sold out by the time I got there!  But the Ribs were Fantastic!
