We have taken our dogs to Animal Medical Center for well over 20 years. Dr. Ducote is our favorite Vet, and he has taken extremely great care of all of our animals for a very long time. We were sad to hear he had moved to BR. The entire staff, including Vet Techs and receptionists, have been very kind and helpful especially Jamie Watkins. Thank you AMC!!!
They treated our Jack Russell for years. We had to have him put down last week after having him 15 years. He was 18. The staff were very kind, explained everything, and gave us time and privacy with him. It was a difficult decision for us as a family, but they made certain that he was comfortable and were very respectful.
Ive been going for 12+ years. Loved the staff and Dr. Jamie. When Dr. Jamie moved in December and I needed a vet, I then decided to go to another vet.
They were nice and mostly helpful over the phone. I won't know for sure until I bring my pets.
They have it all for my baby, not only medical lynch taking care of him, they have a groomer on site that's great, plus food. A calming. Theyy are clean, and always welcome you and your pet. The smell is good, you wouldn't think it's for animals.
Sadly we had to euthanize our little grey cat named Sugar today. She has been sick for a long time and had finally gotten to where she had not eaten for a week. She was so weak she could bearly walk to the water fountain for a drink of water. Dr. Ducote was very helpful and made a sad situation easier for us. The picture is of Sugar gray and her brother Tiger orange cat.
Dr. Ducote is very thorough. He explains his treatment plan in easy to understand terms. His staff is very nice. I've used his office before and will continue to do so.
Very nice people. They took care of all our dogs needs. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone who is looking for an emergency vet or just routine exams and care. I brought my lab Brownie because she was not acting herself and very lethargic, Dr. Jamie Ducote immediately examined her and told me he recommended a emergency hysterectomy for her. Dr. Landry did her procedeure and call me as soon as they were finished to update me. She had to stay an extra day just for observation and Dr. Ducote had me come in to face to face explain the procedure and aftercare and even let me see her! They took wonderful care of Brownie, the staff Deanna & Roxanne were more than helpful and eased a very worried mama about her fur baby. They went over cost and care efficiently and I am forever grateful to them for saving my dog. 10/10 recommend! -The Griffith Family
