Online platform is a complete joke. The admission staff will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign on the dotted line. Glad I only wasted a few thousand dollars before figuring it out. Should not be accredited.

2 years after graduation and all I have to show for it is a lot of debt. The job placement "help" they have, are basically links to job sites. They get 2 stars because the on campus instructors that I did have were awesome! The couple instructors I had get 4-5 stars, everything else, 0.

If you are considering attending Rasmussen college please heed my advice and look elsewhere. I graduated with an AAS in accounting and my degree is worthless. This is a waste of time and money and I can't imagine how they are able to scam students into thinking they will benefit from this experience. I have spoken with many people from accounting firm who will not hire Rasmussen grads because of their negative reputation and poorly trained previous hires. Instead of wasting your life and money here, look to community colleges or state colleges to get the education you deserve. This organization is focused on marketing their scheme instead of providing quality resources and qualified educators. Once I had a question that didn't make sense to me so I asked my dad who spent 30 years in mortgage lending for help. He couldn't decipher the meaning of the question so we brought it to his brother who had been a CPA for 35 years and he couldn't figure it out. When the week had gone by and the answer was due, I was still waiting to hear back from the teacher, who was certainly clueless as well. I spoke with the dean who modified my score but that did nothing to help my classmates who all received a score of 0. Many of the students were unable to communicate in English fluently, and it was sad to see how they were being exploited. I was able to maintain a high gpa throughout, and once I sent in a final test (online) that was blank except for the first page. The grade I received was 100%, because the teacher didn't check my work. This is not a place to go if you want to develop real world skills. If I could leave negative stars, believe me, I would leave one for every hour I wasted here, and one for every dollar I have to earn to pay them back.

Rasmussen is a good college to get your education. However, if anything ever happens to you e.g family emergencies or illness, they will make sure they have failed you. Even if you report to them what's going on with you, all they can do is giving you false promises. At the back of their mind they know very well that they are basically doing business and they will make you repeat the same class and pay a whole exaggerated junk of fee again. Shame on you {Kaylne, Marrisa , Naomi and Wosatta}. These are the people that are pulling the school backwards. They are supper rude but very good pretenders.

As a recent graduate, I can honestly say that I made the right decision! The staff go above and beyond to help students and guests. The Medical Administrative program was great! It fit into my busy schedule, and my adviser and professors were always there to help! I landed, not just a job, but a CAREER only 2 months after graduation! Education is an investment, so choose your institution wisely! I know I did :)
