Attended the college online out of Appleton. While I enjoyed the class sizes, the experience, etc, one teacher pretty much set everyone up to fail (and I wasn't the only one who noticed). If you got the smallest aspect wrong on an assignment, he docked you about 1/3 of your grade.

I am in the Nursing ADN program at the campus in Green Bay. There is no waiting list with Rasmussen for their nursing programs (unlike most of the surrounding techs and universities with long waiting periods) which was a major reason I decided to come here for my education. I was extremely hesitant at first coming here due to some very negative reviews online and by word of mouth. However, after starting I realized that a lot of the bad I heard about Rasmussen was flat out false. Some people say that it is a waste of money. While all college is ridiculously overpriced, Rasmussen gives you something that a lot of other places won't: Intimate learning, smaller classes, helpful feedback, being treated like an adult learning a career path and not just another paying customer. Another plus for future nursing students is that they are completely gutting their nursing labs and installing brand new tech and instruments for our benefit to be available for use by the Fall quarter of 2016. If your interested in nursing, consider Rasmussen. Because if you're paying a ton of money to learn you might as well get the best experience for your money.

I am currently attending Rasmussen to obtain my degree in Accounting. I am a single mom and I work full-time in addition to going to school. So, I have decided to pursue my degree online through Rasmussen. Even though I am an online student, I still have full access to and support from the Green Bay campus. The staff is great. The professors are great. The classes are great. I am so glad I made the decision to go back to school at Rasmussen!

Hello, Don't waste your money on this school. I was promise that the courses I will be taking (IT department) had lots of labs involved but it was mostly submitting paper/assignments. I don't think they understand that in the IT world, labs will greatly benefit the individual then typing papers. I can see it helping another program but for my program, not really. For the online instructors, as long as the assignments meets the requirement you get points for it; wrong or right. I have seen countless times when the same person copy and paste word for word from the web into the discussion board and probably still getting their points for it. Even though the instructor didn't mention anything to them. I'm sure if you had classes inside the school it will greatly help you out but if your classes are online, don't waste your time and money with this school.
