These law enforcers don't even know the Rathdrum code or Idaho state law . I have been having issues with a neighbor letting there dogs defecate in my yard . I had to tell a female officer that dogs are property. WOW. I wish the best for this law enforcers but maybe they should learn the laws . WOW

Corrupt. RUN if you have any intelligence or fear for human life. In July 2013 my wife, Sandra May White was targeted by officer Kennedy and Sgt Sherman and civilians for intimidation to cover up an injury to our grandson Joe G. and constructively and illegally evict us from the home we paid for before we left Sacramento, CA to move here. I have body camera footage to prove it. hese cops had every chance to jump on me because I confronted a trigger happy security guard at Kootenai Medical for scratching our grandson. They set up my wife and I to cover up an injury to a child by a coward security guard and tossed us in to the street to die, 1,000 miles from home, out of our element, in our 50s. Come to find out I am a Rock and Blues music photographer from Sacramento, CA and my work just came out on Jack Russell's Great White new CD title "He Saw It Comin.'" You better believe that Sgt Friis was also in on this and Mayor Vic Holmes knew ALL about it. I have 9 discs of body camera footage to demonstrate how these cops for 2 years systemically andmethodially harassed my wife and I and let a man that hurts children go. I swear it. They target Californians here - I an m wife were targeted and I have the body camera footage to prove it. I just turned down the Rock Hall of Fame for my work on J Geils, nominated again this year again. My wife and I were innocent and standing up for our grandson after we moved here to help him and these cops threw us out ot die in Northern Idaho in our 50s. Children and Seniors are not safe with these cops and I can prove it. Message me and I will show you the body camera footage I forced out of these cops before I escaped here alive. These cops cover up injuries to children for their cops friends or any old security guard that wanders by. THEY VIOLATED THE RIGHTS OF A LITTLE BOY AND 2 SENIORS. This IS that nightmare police department you see in bad horror movies, so if you value human life RUN. I am Richard White and I approved this message.
